Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Also the My Jungle Club alows you to earn points with your purchases, by creating an account your points will be counted. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just follow the instructions on-screen.
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@myjunglehome.com.au just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
Once an order is processed we aim to pick your order and place it safely aside within 48 hours. You will be notified via email and text
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to picking and when it is avaiable for collection. At anytime you can login and check the status online.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged plant care tools, pots and accessories within 14 days of purchase. You should not need to repot your My Jungle Home indoor plants until you notice signs of them becoming too root-bound. For most potted houseplants, this will be around 6-12 months after your plant arrives to your doorstep. However, all plants are different so you can check out our blog post to help figure out if your plant needs to be repotted.
Our plants are cared for by experts at our Flagship Store. Our plants are Fertilised, Seasoled and carefully cleaned, inspected, and trimmed before our weekly sales event.
Yes! All My Jungle Home plants are grown as pictured, however, each plant is unique, so there will be variations in color, shape, etc.
Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email or pyisical instore and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $10, $20, $50, $100 or $200
